Refund Policy

We'll refund your album if:

  1. It wasn't made as advertised on our website
  2. It was damaged during production or shipping

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind it can take your bank or card company a little longer to post the refund.
